I work as a private sperm donor for women seeking pregnancy and I'm often wondering this exact thing, which load did it? It's really rare that we only have sex once, in fact if I am meeting with a recipient for just one attempt I still tend to need to inseminate her a few times to clear my nuts and give her all the sperm I have. If I'm not working with a very attractive recipient it has happened that I can only ejaculate in her once, so eventually I may have a success where I recall the exact ejaculation that planted the seed. Position used and how many spurts went into her, how long I held in after the sperm release etc.
